For your case, I would decide what breast size you want to be.  That will determine what size breast implant you need.  The size the breast implant will determine also what type of breast lift you need.  With a bigger implant, you may be able to get by with a donut breast lift or a circumperiareolar  mastopexy.  This may be the best way to start.  If you still don’t get your desired breast shape and look you desire, you can always convert to a vertical or anchor mastopexy.  I hope this answers your questions regarding avoiding the vertical component of the lollipop or inverted T or anchor last exit. If you have anymore questions regarding breast left, mastopexy, breast augmentation, vertical breast left, lollipop incision breast left for anchor incision breast left, please contact my office. Sincerely, Dr.Katzen. (Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgey and Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery.)
When skin is damaged, the body repairs it by creating new collagen fibers, which gives the healing area a different look and texture: a scar. The “mended” skin will be less flexible than the skin around it, and it may have no hair follicles. The scarred skin might be a different color than surrounding skin and the color will change as healing progresses. This is completely natural.

Some doctors may use ultrasound waves to break down fat cells before suctioning them out. However, ultrasound technology can be an effective tool for fat reduction, even when it is not used in conjunction with liposuction. Your doctor will apply an ultrasound device to the treatment area, and the waves will gently break down the cells, allowing your body to rid itself of the fat over a period of time. Ultrasound fat reduction treatments, such as Liposonix®, typically take about an hour and involve no anesthesia or downtime. They can also boost collagen production and improve skin elasticity. However, these treatments typically do not result in as much fat removal as surgical liposuction.
Problem areas that are resistant to diet and exercise can often be dramatically improved through liposuction. The body smoothing and contouring possible with liposuction can make an individual look and feel better simply because their clothes fit better. More importantly, their entire figure could be rejuvenated and enhanced after this procedure. Plastic surgery patients who undergo liposuction may even find unexpected benefits of the procedure as they begin to partake in activities that they had previously shied away from because they were unhappy with their appearance.

Ultrasonic Liposuction : This popular form of liposuction uses a specialized cannula that emits ultrasonic sound waves into the fat deposits to liquefy fat cells and make them easier to remove. By utilizing ultrasound technology, the doctor can remove larger and denser fat deposits, and he or she can tighten the surrounding skin. However, there is a greater risk of burns and scarring due to the heat from the ultrasound waves.

Traditional liposuction involves the use of a tube-like tool called a cannula. It is inserted below the surface of the skin through tiny incisions, and moved back and forth to loosen fat cells, which are then suctioned out through the cannula. In my case, I prefer to use VASERlipoTM, which incorporates ultrasound into this process. I invested in this expensive equipment so I could provide better results, and I've got to pay for it. I charge from $2,000 to $4,000 per area using VASERlipoTM, which is several hundred dollars more than surgeons typically charge for traditional liposuction.

For tumescent liposuction, the most common technique, your doctor will make one or more small (one-quarter inch or less) incisions in the area to be treated and inject a large quantity of a mixture of saline (salt water), local anesthesia, and epinephrine into your tissue. The fluid causes the fat to become swollen, firm, and easier to remove. (It also constricts your blood vessels, which reduces bruising, blood loss, and recovery time.) The surgeon then inserts the cannula through the same incision and passes it back and forth under the skin to break up the fat before suctioning it out. For a very small area, the procedure takes around 30 minutes, while a 360 liposuction—which includes the abdomen, flanks, back, and all around the torso—lasts three to four hours.
Hello,  thank you for your question regarding breast left, breast augmentation and trying to avoid a vertical breast scar.  Based on only a single picture, a measurement of “29”,  and not a physical examination I would suggest the following options.   For the best results, I would suggest a breast implant and a breast lift.  Based on your picture, the bigger implant you  select, the less breast lift you will need —  up to a point.  If you choose an 800cc implant, this is not gonna work.

Botox Breast Lift: There are more and more uses of Botox that researchers are finding as time goes on. A Botox Breast Lift is not an approved use of botox by the FDA. Here’s how it works: Botox is injected into your pectoralis muscle. This causes a relaxation of the muscles in the chest and your back muscles then begin to lift your breast. The lifting is not dramatic though and it only lasts about three to four months. The advantage, however, is that there are no scars because surgery was not done. There’s also no recovery time as there is with a breast lift surgery.

Liposuction is a surgical procedure that removes fat via suction. It’s typically done with a thin tube, called a cannula, attached to a vacuum. No matter how healthy your diet or how often you work out, you can still have pockets of unwanted fat that resist your best efforts. With liposuction, an experienced surgeon can remove fat, contouring your hips, thighs, stomach, abs, waist, chin, or other areas.

A circumareolar breast lift can enhance breasts with mild ptosis and results in almost no visible scarring; however, the lift of the nipple is limited to no more than 2 cm and the procedure often does not create a very perky breast as the breast tissue is effectively lifted. The scar can also be wide, it’s hard to keep the areola perfectly round, and this technique tends to flatten the breasts. An inverted-T lift can repackage breast tissue for a perkier appearance but the scar is an anchor configuration on the breast. The problem arises when you want an improved breast shape, better nipple position, and minimal scarring. Traditional techniques make you choose form over aesthetics, and for some women, this option is less than desirable.

Certain health conditions may prevent patients from being suitable liposuction candidates. People with chronic ailments such as diabetes and high blood pressure are more likely to achieve less-than-desirable aesthetic results. Individuals who have compromised immune systems and those who suffer from diabetes, poor blood circulation, heart disease, or lung disease should not undergo liposuction, as they could suffer serious health complications. If patients have recently had another surgery in the area they would like to treat, they should wait until the area has healed before considering liposuction.

I personally think nurse-administered anesthesia is perfectly appropriate in many cases. In fact, a 2014 study by the Chochrane Collaboration research group concluded that it was "not possible to say whether there were any differences in care between medically qualified anaesthetists and nurse anaesthetists." But if the patient is anxious about the procedure, or if the treatment scope is extensive, the extra cost of an anesthesiologist can be well worth the money. What I consider extensive liposuction can easily take up to 4 hours, so it would be reasonable to estimate that anesthesia administered by an anesthesiologist could cost about $2,000 in this scenario.
Scars are inevitable after any incision in the skin, of course, because scarring is part of the body’s “self-repair” process. Breast lift surgery, in my experience, is a very satisfying procedure for the vast majority of patients–even with the unavoidable, often minimal, scarring. Scars may be in an anchor shape, in the crease below the breast and from the center of the crease up to the areola, although there are other types of scarring. When you choose an experienced surgeon, you’ll find that your breast lift scars are well hidden, even when wearing low-cut clothing. This is one of the signs of a skilled breast lift surgeon.

Exercise is important because it helps keep off excess pounds and increases muscle definition. Regular physical activity can also have enormous benefits for overall wellness, decreasing the risk for heart disease, high blood pressure, and depression. There is no need for liposuction patients to suddenly take on an extreme exercise routine. However, they should engage in some type of physical activity at least 5 days a week. Good choices include jogging, walking, biking, yoga, swimming, dance classes, and similar activities. Combined with proper diet, regular exercise can help patients keep their figures trim and toned.

Liposuction Cost and Liposuction Price Guide Cost of Liposuction is an important factor when considering liposuction surgery. However, the quality of liposuction is more important than the liposuction cost. If the ultimate goal of liposuction is to have a happy patient, then the surgeon’s expertise and experience are probably more important than finding the […]
