Like lasers, IPL goes below the surface to a deeper layer of skin called the dermis. Short pulses of light heat and destroy cells to start renewing your skin. Unlike a laser, IPL uses a broad spectrum of light that can treat different kinds of blemishes at the same time. The treatment is usually painful, so ask your doctor how you can be more comfortable.
The patient’s anatomy – It’s easier to reach satisfactory results on patients that have an A-shaped buttock than on patients with a V-shaped buttock, which usually require more fat transfer. Each person’s bottom can only receive some specific amount of fat. Typically, the surgeon will transfer a generous amount of fat during surgery since not all the fat transplanted will survive.
Rather than just relying on anonymous reviews, referrals, or your friend's recommendations, it's important to talk to the surgeon yourself before making your decision. You can call, email, or speak in person with your prospective surgeon to get your questions answered and gain an understanding of his or her personality. Generally, you can go back to working out two to three weeks after breast lift or breast reduction surgery. This depends on how you feel. Do not lift anything that weighs more than five pounds for three weeks. Avoid contact sports for six weeks. If you had breast enlargement with a breast lift, hereafter avoid all exercises which isolate your pectoralis muscles as these can shift the implant toward you armpit. Workouts must stop if you experience discomfort in your breasts or chest. A balance of rest and reduced activity will speed up your recovery.
